What data we process
Via the contact form: name, e-mail, company, phone, budget range and your message. Via the newsletter: e-mail address and chosen language.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer enquiries and prepare proposals (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to send the newsletter you subscribed to (Art. 6(1)(a) — consent).
Retention
Contact-form data is kept for 12 months after the last communication. Newsletter data — until you unsubscribe (every e-mail contains an unsubscribe link).
Recipients
Your data is processed by our team and by our hosting provider within the EU. If you have consented to statistics cookies, visit data is also processed by Google (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity — heatmaps and recordings of how the page is used), including outside the EU/EEA, on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
