Data controller
The data controller is WEB MASTERS, SIA (reg. no. 44103131932), Salacas iela 32-46, Rīga, LV-1019, e-mail: info@webmasters.solutions.
What data we process
Via the contact form: name, e-mail, company, phone, budget range, selected services and your message. Via the newsletter: e-mail address and chosen language. When you visit the site: IP address, technical data about the browser and the device, the page visited and the time. They are recorded in the server logs. During the session, a random session identifier, a security code for the forms and the last page visited are also stored on the server, so that the forms and their protection can work. When you submit a form or save your cookie choice, we use your IP address for up to one hour to limit repeated requests.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer enquiries and prepare proposals (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), to send the newsletter you subscribed to (Art. 6(1)(a) — consent) and to understand how the site is used if you have consented to statistics cookies (also Art. 6(1)(a)). We process technical data to ensure the operation and security of the site, on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)); you may object to this processing. Contact-form data is necessary so that we can reply to you; without it we cannot consider the enquiry. We do not carry out automated individual decision-making, including profiling.
Retention
Contact-form data is kept for 12 months after the last communication. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe (every e-mail contains an unsubscribe link); after you unsubscribe, we delete the address within 30 days, but we delete an unconfirmed sign-up after 30 days. We keep server logs for no longer than two months, session data for no longer than a day after the session ends, and the record of your cookie choice for 24 months. Google and Microsoft keep statistics data for no longer than 14 months. We comply with these periods by automatic deletion.
Recipients
Your data is processed by our team and by our hosting provider within the EU. If you have consented to statistics cookies, visit data is also processed by Google (Google Analytics 4), Microsoft (Clarity — heatmaps and recordings of how the page is used) and Ahrefs (Ahrefs Web Analytics — visit statistics without cookies; it uses the IP address only to determine the city and does not store it), including outside the EU/EEA — in the United States and Singapore — on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. None of these tools is loaded on the site without your consent. We show the map on the contact page from our own site, so your browser does not communicate with a map service. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
Cookie consent is managed on the site itself, with no external intermediary; your choice is stored in your browser. We keep a record of the choice made (the choice, the time and a random identifier, which is also stored in your browser) so the consent can be demonstrated; it does not contain your name, e-mail or IP address. The full list of cookies is at the end of this page, and you can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time via the link in the footer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv) or with the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work. Write to info@webmasters.solutions — we will reply within one month.

Cookies in use
Necessary (4)
Keep the site's basic functions working — navigation, form security and remembering your cookie choice. The site cannot work without them, so no consent is asked for them.
Preferences (0)
Would let the site remember choices such as your language or region. This category currently contains no cookies.
Statistics (6)
Help us understand how the site is used — which pages are read and where problems appear. The data is processed by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Ahrefs Web Analytics (the last of these does not use cookies).
Marketing (5)
We show no ads, but the Microsoft tools that load with statistics can also set advertising cookies that follow visitors across websites. This choice decides whether Google and Microsoft may use data for advertising.
