Included

Catalogue, payments and delivery.

We start the work with discovery — we go through the business model, the flow of goods and the integrations required. The result of this stage is a clear scope and price, not a rough guess. Then we choose the platform: for a very small store with standard processes, WooCommerce is suitable. We recommend a custom Laravel platform when there are many products and integrations, when the pricing and order logic is non-standard, or when the performance of an off-the-shelf solution would not be sufficient (for example, a large number of products). In the design stage we produce the structure, the visual design and a clickable prototype, so that the purchase path is tested before any code is written. Development runs in two-week sprints with a demo after each one, so you see the store growing and can adjust the build while it is under way. We connect and test payments, delivery and the accounting system before launch — if your system has an API, we use it; if not, we agree on a file exchange. We move products, categories, customers and order history to the new store, keeping the URL structure so that search rankings are not lost. We carry out the switchover in a planned window, and for the first 30 days after launch we are on heightened alert. The whole path from discovery to launch takes 8–32 weeks, depending on the scope. You can start with a basic catalogue, payments and delivery, and add B2B pricing, discount logic and inventory integrations once the first real orders are coming in.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

Yes, and it is usually the right call. We start with the core catalogue, payments and delivery, launch, then add B2B pricing, discount logic or warehouse integrations once we see real orders.
WooCommerce suits a very small store with standard processes. We recommend a custom Laravel platform when there are many products and integrations, when the pricing and order logic is non-standard, or when an off-the-shelf cart would not be fast enough.
Yes. We integrate your accounting system and courier delivery APIs, including DPD. If your system has an API we connect it; if not, we agree on file exchange.
We migrate them. Products, categories, customers and order history move to the new store, keeping the URL structure so you don't lose Google rankings.
