Cleaned, hardened, cause found.

You get your site isolated, cleaned and hardened, along with a root cause analysis of the incident and a report on the work done. We recover hacked WordPress, Laravel and other PHP sites, remove malware and backdoors, clean the database and close the vulnerability the attacker used to get into the system. Before we change anything, we take a full copy of the site files and the database for the incident investigation. If a safe backup is available, we restore the site from it and carry over the latest clean content. After the clean-up we update the system, change passwords, API keys and other access credentials, and check the server, file and database permissions. If Google has flagged the site as dangerous, we fix the issues identified, request a review in Google Search Console and track the status. After recovery we set up monitoring and give you recommendations for reducing the risk of another incident. The whole job usually takes 8–72 hours.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

Usually within hours. A hacked site is an emergency — the longer it runs infected, the more your reputation and Google rankings suffer.
In most cases no. We first take a full copy of the current state, then clean. If there is a safe backup we restore from it and carry over the newest content.
Cleaning alone isn't enough — the entry point has to be found. We check plugins, access rights, FTP and database users, and rotate every key. Without that the site gets hacked again.
Yes. After cleaning we submit the site for review in Google Search Console and follow it until the warning disappears.
After recovery we harden the site and recommend a maintenance plan with updates, backups and monitoring. Most repeat breaches happen where nothing changes afterwards.
