Custom software development.

Sometimes off-the-shelf platforms simply don't fit your business. We build custom web applications, internal systems, dashboards and B2B platforms from scratch.

Clients working on an hourly basis are invoiced monthly, in arrears, for the previous month’s work. For hourly engagements above 200 hours (within a six-month period), the rate is agreed individually.

Fixed prices are indicative and exclude VAT. We prepare a precise quote after discussing scope — within 5–10 business days.

Included

Discovery workshop, then a prototype.

We start the work with a two- to three-day discovery workshop, in which we go through the processes, the user roles, the risks and the scope of the MVP together with your team. The result of the workshop is a concrete plan, which is useful even if you decide not to work with us. If the process fits an off-the-shelf tool, we say so — a custom system is justified when the process is part of your competitive advantage or when off-the-shelf solutions demand too many compromises. Before we write the first line of production code, we prepare a clickable prototype in two to three weeks, because changing your mind there is cheaper than in a finished system. Only then does development begin: in the first three months we build an MVP that can actually be used, and from there we extend it iteratively. On the server side we work with Laravel and Filament, on the front end with React, Vue, Livewire and TypeScript, we store the data in MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL and Redis, and we deploy the system in an AWS or Hetzner environment. As the system grows, we deal with performance, security and infrastructure separately. The full cycle usually takes from 12 to 32 weeks. On larger projects we bill on time and materials with a weekly cap, because a fixed price here usually means either a markup for the risk or an argument about scope, but we set the boundaries of the MVP precisely. At the end you receive all the source code, the documentation and the infrastructure configuration, and you can move it to another developer at any time.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

If your process fits an off-the-shelf tool, take the off-the-shelf tool — it will be cheaper. A custom system is justified when the process is part of your competitive edge, or when ready-made products demand too many compromises.
With a 2–3 day discovery workshop alongside your team: processes, user roles, risks and MVP scope. The result is a concrete plan that stays useful even if you decide not to work with us.
Yes. Before we write production code we prepare a clickable prototype in 2–3 weeks. Changing your mind there is cheaper than later.
For larger non-standard projects we work on time and materials with a weekly cap, because a fixed price here usually means either a risk premium or an argument about scope. We define the MVP boundaries precisely.
You do. All source code, documentation and infrastructure configuration is handed over, and you can move it to another developer at any time.
