What you get.
We start with an assessment: we go through your processes and note where AI delivers real savings and where it does not. Then, within two to three weeks, we build a prototype that works with your own documents and data. It answers questions about your prices, contracts and procedures, and points to the source the answer is based on. We choose the model according to your requirements: a business-grade API where data is not used for training, or a local model in the EU or on your own server. Before launch we prepare a test set of real questions with the correct answers and measure accuracy. During rollout we connect the solution to your existing systems and put security and access rights in order. Where a mistake is expensive, human approval stays in the flow. After launch we measure quality, refine the prompts and train the team. We estimate the model usage cost before the work begins, based on the expected number of requests. It usually takes 3–8 weeks, and you are left with a working solution, measured accuracy and a trained team.
